Night Flight - The Downtown Windsor Pole Vault Experience is excited to announce our new partnership with the Windsor Athletics Fest. The Windsor Athletics Fest is now comprised of three amazing events, Night Flight, Mission Mile, and the Johnny Loaring Classic. We are now coming to our 3rd annual Night Flight on Friday, May 19th, where you will see more pole vaulting happen on our downtown streets on Oullette avenue, in which the competition will fly even higher than ever before. Added to the night's events on the Friday will be the new Mission Mile, one mile road race, where runners will speed down Oullette Avenue towards the river for some good competition and also some community fun, with proceeds going to help our own Downtown Mission. Finally, the next day on Saturday, May 20th, we will hold our full track and field competition at the University of Windsor's Alumni Stadium where spectators will get to see some of Canada's greatest athletes compete along with many international competitors in all events from the 100m sprint, the Hammer Throw, to Long jump, and more. Please join us for the whole exciting weekend where we would encourage you to join in or just come to watch all the fun.
